Voice over for corporate films & explainer videos
Do you want an explainer video, a corporate film or another online video to sound right for the Swiss market? Then use my full service, as a voice over artist with years of experience and a studio of my own.
‘I voice films competently and the way my clients want them, and your customers will sit up and listen.’
Always the right dialect for your project
Corporate films and explainer videos work when they are not only produced professionally, but also matched precisely to their audience. A film made for the national market is therefore best voiced by a Swiss voice over artist in the appropriate dialect.
I narrate videos in High German or Swiss German. The right intonation and the right pace let your message come across. You can choose between Zurich German and Bernese German, or a mixture of the two dialects, which is what national campaigns tend to use.
A complete service, because your film has to work
You get the finished audio files exactly as you want them: fully edited and ready to drop in, or as a raw version. If you prefer, you can sit in on the session live via Source-Connect, Zoom or Teams and direct me yourself. Or you send a detailed brief on tone, pace and dialect and I deliver the right recording first time.
Recording takes place in my own acoustically treated recording booth. So that the spoken text fits the picture, I am happy to work from your timecodes or from the rough cut of the film.
Get in touch, without obligation, and you have my word that you will have an answer within 24 hours.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly will I receive the voice recording for my explainer video?
Usually by the next business day, often the same day. You receive the audio file as WAV, AIFF or MP3, raw or fully edited.
Can I join the recording live and direct it?
Yes. Over Source-Connect, Zoom or Teams you listen in live and give directions straight away. Alternatively I record from a brief on tone, pace and dialect.
Zurich German, Bernese German or High German: which suits my film?
National campaigns often use a blend of Zurich German and Bernese German. As soon as a film is used across the language border, High German is the safe choice, with a Swiss colouring if you wish. I am happy to advise.
