Voice recordings for answerphones & telephone systems

A clear, easily understood telephone announcement is part of how a company comes across. In the Swiss market in particular, a natural greeting in Swiss German makes callers feel addressed straight away.

I record voice files for answerphones, switchboards and IVR systems (interactive voice response), either in Swiss German or in High German, and deliver the audio in the format your system needs.

Services

  • Recording of voicemail greetings, on-hold loops and multi-level telephone menus
  • Delivery of the finished audio files as WAV, MP3 or other formats
  • On request, versions optimised for playback that can go straight into your telephone system
  • Alternatively, unedited raw recordings for further work in a sound studio

How it works

  1. You supply the script (I am happy to help tighten it if needed).
  2. I record it in professional quality.

Frequently asked questions

In which format do I receive the telephone announcement?

As WAV, MP3 or any other format your telephone system requires. On request optimised for sound, so the announcement can be used straight away.

Swiss German or High German for the announcement?

Both are possible. In the Swiss market a natural announcement in Swiss German sounds especially personal; for on-hold loops and IVR menus with callers from the whole German-speaking area, High German is recommended.

How does ordering work?

You provide the script, and I help to refine it if needed. I record the announcement in professional quality, and you receive the finished audio files in the format you want.
