Voice over rates

What does a professional voice over artist cost who voices your next TV commercial, billboard, radio commercial, corporate film, announcement, explainer video and so on?

The price of a voice over production depends on the following factors:

• the length of the recording, or the number of words to be voiced
• the type of production (audio or video advertising, narration, billboards or announcements)
• the intended use, or the media channels in which the production is published

A production including the studio recording and delivery over the web starts at CHF 250 (for audio commercials), CHF 390 for narration or CHF 450 for visual commercials, and rises according to the factors above.

As I am not a VPS member, I can set my own prices, and including the recording they are usually below the association’s guidelines.
